Genshin: Star Rail 3.4 New Character Trailer – Quantum Huntsman Archer Emerges! A Quantum Storm of Ideal and Destiny Unfolds!

In the vast and boundless cosmic railway, a hunter shrouded in shadows is about to make his debut. His name is Archer, a wanderer bound by both ideals and destiny. His arrival will stir a quantum storm in Version 3.4 of Genshin Impact: Stellaluna Railway.
As a 5-star quantum character, Archer boasts 952.6 HP, 582.12 Attack, and 529.20 Defense. His exclusive weapon, “The Hell Where Ideals Burn,” not only grants him a 16% increase in critical rate but also amplifies his Attack by 40% at the start of battle if his Technique points reach 6 or more. After each Technique cast, his Attack increases by 10%, with a maximum of 4 stacks.
Archer’s arsenal includes “Ganjiang & Moye,” his basic attack skill, which accurately deals 100% Attack quantum damage to enemies. His “Pseudo Spiral Blade” Technique is even more formidable, entering “Circuit Connection” mode to deal 400% Attack damage. Each Technique cast increases damage by 100%, with a maximum of 2 stacks. This state persists until 5 Techniques are cast, Technique points are insufficient, or all enemies are defeated.
His Ultimate skill, “Infinite Sword Forging,” serves as his ultimate weapon, dealing 1200% Attack damage and granting 2 Technique points, with a maximum of 4 points held.
Archer’s talent, “Mind’s Eye (True),” allows him to consume 1 Technique point to immediately follow up with an attack after an ally’s attack, dealing 240% Attack damage and recovering 1 Technique point. His Secret Technique, “Thousand-Mile Sight,” enables him to attack enemies immediately, dealing 200% Attack damage to all enemies and granting 1 Technique point.
Additional abilities include “Guardian,” which increases critical damage by 60% when Technique points reach 4; “Justice Partner,” granting 1 Technique point at the start of battle; and “Projection Magic,” which increases the Technique point cap by 1.
In terms of attribute bonuses, Archer possesses 22.4% quantum damage bonus, 18.0% HP bonus, and 6.7% critical rate bonus.
His Star Bead system is equally impressive. The first Star Bead, “Untouched Ideals,” allows the next Technique to be cast without consuming Technique points after casting 3 Techniques in a single turn. The second Star Bead, “Unfulfilled Happiness,” increases Ultimate damage by 120%. The third Star Bead, “Uncommon Resolve,” increases Technique level by 2 (up to 15) and basic attack level by 1 (up to 10). The fourth Star Bead, “A Life Not Worthy of a Hero,” adds a quantum weakness to targets without a quantum vulnerability and reduces their resistance by 10%. The fifth Star Bead, “The Vigil of a Nameless Shadow,” increases Ultimate and talent levels by 2 (up to 15). The sixth Star Bead, “Eternal Pilgrimage,” restores 1 Technique point at the start of each turn, increases the maximum number of damage boost stacks by 1, and allows Techniques to ignore 20% of enemy Defense.
In this vast starry ocean, Archer’s arrival brings new hope and signals a new crisis. The collision of his ideals with reality will forge a legendary tale on the quantum railway. Players can prepare for this new wanderer through the recharge services on the Treabar platform. May the stars guide your path, pioneers.
