Tech Daily, June 27, MiHoYo announced today that the beta test of Genshin Impact for the HarmonyOS system will begin at 12:00 PM.
According to MiHoYo, to ensure a perfect compatibility between the subsequent versions and the HarmonyOS system, the recruitment for this beta test is only for travelers using HarmonyOS devices. The recruitment targets the subsequent test version, with the majority of content in a state of adjustment. Given the potential misunderstanding and disruption of the official server experience that could arise from leaked content during the beta test, the official has emphasized that travelers selected for the player database must strictly keep the test content confidential, neither through screenshots, live streams, nor videos.
To ensure fairness in the testing, the official stated that travelers selected for the player database must sign a confidentiality agreement. Any discovered leaking behavior will result in the cancellation of their player database eligibility, and the official account will be banned, preventing them from participating in future beta tests.
The application method for this recruitment is to fill out a questionnaire. If selected, the official will notify the traveler through the contact information provided in the questionnaire. The recruitment period will last until July 4, 2023, at 14:00 PM.
