GarageBand.com is a music site operated by iLike, inc, which allows musicians to upload songs and have them reviewed by an audience of their peers. In order to be eligible to enter a song for review, one must personally review fifteen pairs of songs by other artists, providing feedback on such areas as composition, arrangement, and production.

"The process is fascinating," says Joe. "I find that listening critically to someone else's song makes me more aware of the same elements of my own material. It's also fun to hear what's new, as well as to be able to offer a helping hand. So much of the creative process can be very isolating, and it's good to be able to get (and give) constructive advice on songwriting."
